Hong Kong -- Lamma Island's Most Famous Son
Did you know that movie star, Chow Yun-Fat grew up on the idyllic Lamma Island? Check out this story, which appeared in the Toronto Star on May 24. I had a lot of fun researching this one. Julia, re: Hershey, Cuba -- I am a 62 year old woman from Tampa who went to Cuba when I was 5 years old, 1951 -- and visited the Hershey Sugar Cane Factory. It was really amazing -- I still remember it. I also remember what it was like being in Cuba then. It was a very happy place, with very happy people. It was very colorful, and beautiful. I was wondering if that factory still existed, looked it up, and saw your report. How sad! thanks for checking into that and writing it up. Mary Hollinger
